Amora Herbicide from Crystal Crop Protection is a broad spectrum herbicide designed for effective post-emergence weed control in soybean and groundnut crops. Powered by two active ingredients—quizalofop ethyl 3% and fomesafen 12% SC—Amora offers a dual-action solution that targets both grassy weeds and broadleaf weeds without harming the main crop.
As a fomesafen herbicide, it disrupts the weed’s PPO enzyme, causing cell damage, while quizalofop ethyl acts systemically to inhibit lipid synthesis in grass weeds. This unique combination ensures fast-acting control, with visible effects seen within 3–5 days after spraying. The product is rainfast within two hours and offers residual activity that prevents weed regrowth.
Amora herbicide is absorbed quickly by weeds and is selective to soybean, delivering reliable performance when used at the recommended crop stage. It can be safely used in integrated weed management strategies. For optimal results, apply when weeds are in the 2–4 leaf stage.
