Amora Herbicide from Crystal Crop Protection is a broad spectrum herbicide designed for effective post-emergence weed control in soybean and groundnut crops. Powered by two active ingredients—quizalofop ethyl 3% and fomesafen 12% SC—Amora offers a dual-action solution that targets both grassy weeds and broadleaf weeds without harming the main crop.
As a fomesafen herbicide, it disrupts the weed’s PPO enzyme, causing cell damage, while quizalofop ethyl acts systemically to inhibit lipid synthesis in grass weeds. This unique combination ensures fast-acting control, with visible effects seen within 3–5 days after spraying. The product is rainfast within two hours and offers residual activity that prevents weed regrowth.
