Darrick Tebulur is a broad-spectrum premix fungicide that combines two proven active ingredients in a single water dispersible granule (WG) formulation: Tebuconazole 10% and Sulphur 65%. This dual-action product works in two ways to protect crops from a wide range of fungal diseases. Tebuconazole is a systemic triazole that enters the plant system and stops fungal growth from inside, while Sulphur acts on the leaf surface to prevent spore germination and stop new infections from taking hold.

This combination gives farmers both preventive and curative protection in one easy-to-use product. Tebulur is effective against common and damaging diseases such as powdery mildew, rust, scab, blight, anthracnose, leaf spot, smut, die-back, and fruit rot. It is suitable for a wide range of crops including apple, banana, chilli, coffee, mango, tomato, wheat, tea, soybean, sugarcane, rice, grape, mustard, onion, pea, garlic, okra, and more.

The WG formulation dissolves quickly in water, mixes easily, and gives uniform spray coverage across the crop canopy. With a recommended dose of 500 g per acre, Tebulur offers a cost-effective way to protect crop health and support better yields. It is a trusted choice for farmers looking for reliable, broad-spectrum fungal disease control in Indian field conditions.

Key Benefits

  • Broad-spectrum protection against major fungal diseases like powdery mildew, rust, scab, blight, anthracnose, leaf spot, and smut in multiple crops.
  • Dual systemic and contact action gives both preventive and curative control in a single product.
  • Water dispersible granule form dissolves quickly, mixes easily, and provides uniform spray coverage.
  • Cost-effective solution with a small recommended dose of 500 g per acre.
  • Helps keep crops healthy and supports better yield quality and quantity.
  • Effective across a wide range of crops, making it a versatile option for mixed farming.

How It Works

Darrick Tebulur works through two complementary modes of action. Tebuconazole is a systemic triazole fungicide. Once applied, it is absorbed into the plant and moves through the plant system. Inside the plant, it blocks an enzyme needed for fungal cell membrane formation, which stops the growth and spread of the fungus from within. This gives the product its curative and eradicative strength.

At the same time, Sulphur works as a contact fungicide on the leaf surface. It prevents fungal spores from germinating and stops new infections from developing on the plant surface. Sulphur also has some eradicative effect on existing surface infections.

Together, these two actions mean the product protects the plant from outside (contact) while also treating infection from inside (systemic). This dual approach makes Tebulur effective both as a preventive spray before disease appears and as a curative treatment once early symptoms are seen. The result is more complete, longer-lasting protection for the crop.

When to Use

Darrick Tebulur can be used both as a preventive spray and as a curative treatment. For best results, apply at the first sign of disease or as a preventive measure when conditions favour fungal infection, such as high humidity, dew, or cloudy weather.

  • Apply at the early infection stage for apple to control scab and powdery mildew.
  • Spray during the vegetative stage for banana, tomato, and tea crops.
  • Apply at the flowering stage for chilli and mango to protect flowers and developing fruit.
  • Use during the active growth stage for coffee.
  • For wheat, spray at the tillering stage to control rust and smut.

Spray uniformly to ensure complete coverage of leaves and stems. Repeat application may be needed depending on disease pressure and crop stage, as per local recommendations.
