Uttam Pranam is a biogenic nano phosphorous (NanoP) liquid fertilizer from Chambal Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, designed to give crops a highly efficient and easily available source of phosphorus. How It Works
Uttam Pranam works by delivering phosphorus in nano-scale particles that are easily absorbed by both leaves and roots. Because the particles are so small, the plant can take them up directly and quickly, unlike conventional phosphatic fertilizers where much of the nutrient gets locked in the soil and becomes unavailable to the crop.

Recommended Dosage & Application
Uttam Pranam can be applied as a foliar spray, through drip irrigation, or as a soil drench. The recommended per acre dose is 1 to 2 litres in 200 litres of water. For foliar spray, the dose per litre of water is around 2 to 3 ml, based on about 500 ml mixed in 200 litres of water per acre. For seed treatment, use around 5 to 10 ml per kg of seed.

When to Use
Apply Uttam Pranam at the key crop growth stages when phosphorus demand is highest. The most effective timings are:
- Early vegetative stage: For better rooting and tillering, giving the crop a strong start.
- Pre-flowering stage: For stronger flower initiation and better flowering.
- Fruit/grain-filling stage: For higher yield and better quality of produce.
Late afternoon or early evening is the best window for foliar application, as leaf temperature is cooler and absorption is stronger. For seed treatment, apply before sowing to give young plants an early phosphorus boost. Apply 2 to 3 times per crop cycle across these key stages for best results.
Step by Step Usage Instructions
For Foliar Spray:
- Shake the Uttam Pranam bottle well before opening to mix the nano-phosphorus evenly.
- Wear gloves and a face mask before measuring the product.
- Measure the required quantity using a marked cup or syringe.
- Half-fill the spray tank with clean water and pour in the measured product slowly.
- Add the remaining water and stir until the solution looks uniform.
- Use a fine-mist or hollow-cone nozzle for proper coverage.
- Spray during calm weather, covering both upper and lower leaf surfaces.
For Drip Irrigation:
- Dissolve the required dose in a small volume of water first.
- Feed the dissolved solution into the drip system.
For Seed Treatment:
- Mix around 5 to 10 ml of Uttam Pranam per kg of seed.
- Coat the seeds uniformly.

Compatibility
